The above-mentioned prices are per night per apartment or villa.

The rental prices are including:

Gas and water, based on normal use.
Weekly cleaning of the villa/apartments.
Changing towels and kitchen towels twice per week.
Changing bed linen once per week.
Use of internet
Use of the washing machine.

The rental prices are excluding:

Cost of transfer from the airport to the accommodation. If desired we will collect you and take you from the airport to the accommodation. The charges are €45,- one-way, return transfer € 80,-. (max. 8 persons) These charges need to be paid to the management.
Use of electricity (€ 0,38 per Kwh).
Final cleaning.
7% tourist tax. (The Government of Curaçao recently made the decision to introduce a tourist tax. This tax, which is 7% over the base rent, will be used to improve the tourist infrastructure on the island. All lessors are obligated to charge their guests this tax)

Extra:

Because arrivals on Curaçao are always late afternoon or early evening it is convenient to have some shopping ready for you for the first evening and the next morning. (Foods, soft drinks, beer, wine, etc.). If you give us your shopping list on time we will make sure the shopping is done and is ready (and cooled) when you arrive. Quite pleasant after such a long journey……! Naturally we will only charge you the actual cost. You can pay these charges to our management.
